Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute an agreement between the person who is over the age of 18 and is accepting this Agreement ("You", “User”, or "Your") and Juize, Inc. dba ETG (“Electron™-to-Go”, "We," "Us," “Our”) offices at PO BOX 505 Murrieta CA. 92562.

This Agreement is effective when you rent a mobile charger from Us and by authorizing the charge or debit for your rental of this charger(s), You indicate your agreement to be bound by Our UserTerms and Conditions in this Agreement.

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which You are renting mobile chargers and accessories (“the Electron™”) from Us. Electron™s may only be used with the following mobile devices: iPhone, iPad using Lighting Connector, or Android Smartphones and tablets using USB Type C Connector. It is important that You take the time to read the entire Agreement carefully. You should retain a copy of this Agreement for your records. The number of Electron™s You may rent at a given time is subject to 1 per phone number and/or at Our discretion.

The following User rental options may vary by location

  1. Promotion Use code (Free to user)
  2. Daily Use Fee
  3. Annual Subscription Fee
  4. Semester Subscription Fee
  5. Monthly Subscription Fee

The details specific to each rental are presented on your phone screen prior to completing the rental transaction.  They are also included in the initial Rental Receipt that is text or emailed to You within one hour of completing the rental.


All rentals must be paid by one of the following methods; Promotion Code, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Credit or Debit card.  Use Fee – This service allows You to rent for the Rental Period, one Electron™ for the established daily, monthly, annual or semester fee from the applicable location plus any applicable taxes per rental of an Electron™ with integrated charging cables.  The applicable rental fee is available on our web App. electrontogo.app

We will seek authorization from Your payment company for the charges under this Agreement plus applicable taxes. If authorization is received, that charge will be processed on the payment method you selected. If your payment method is declined, We may refuse to rent the Electron™.


The Rental Period for the Electron™ begins at the time (this time is documented on Your receipt) the Electron™ is checked out from the Supernova Station by You for your rental and ends as follows

  • Daily - return in 24 hours after receipt
  • Monthly, Annual or Semester – When the Electron™ is empty but not longer than 24 hours from the time it was checked out.  Under these options You have unlimited use of the network.  Grab and Go as many times as you need but return every 24 hours.
  • Promotional Code - return depends on value of promo code from 2 to 24 hours after receipt


You may take the Electron™s anywhere with You during the Rental Period, allowing You to charge Your mobile device while at the venue or on the move.  If You remove the Electron™ from the venue for any reason, You shall still be responsible for returning the Electron™ by the end of the Rental Period. Return locations can be found at electrontogo.app/map.


Each first time Subscription User will have a 1 time opportunity for a refund.  You will have 2 weeks from day you subscribed to request a refund.  This date is on your receipt.  To request your refund go to our payment page (https://electrontogo.app/payments).  Follow the steps


You must return the Electron™ to ANY of our Supernova Station locations that have availability no later than the end of the Rental Period You selected. If You do not return the Electron™ to a Supernova station location by the end of the Rental Period, We will “Upgrade” Your Subscription as follows.

  • Daily Users payment method will be charged the established daily rate for each additional day you keep the charger; up to a maximum of 3 days, after which Your Subscription will be upgraded to Monthly.  You agree to have Us charge Your payment method the current Monthly Subscription amount.
  • Promotion Code Users will have up to a maximum of 3 days, after which the Users payment method will be charged for a Monthly Subscription.  You agree to have Us Charge Your payment method the current Monthly Subscription amount.
  • Monthly and Semester Users are required to return Electron™s on a regular basis so as to allow others to use.  These Users will have a maximum of 7 days to return before there Subscription is upgraded to Annual. You agree to have Us charge Your payment method the current Annual Subscription amount.
  • Annual Users are required to return Electron™s on a regular basis so that to allow others to use.   These Users will have a maximum of 7 days to return.  The accounts of Annual Subscribers that don’t return or contact Us will be suspended until they do.
  • If the User losses the Electron™ during their session they will be charged the equivalent of an Annual Subscription and have full access to the network for a year. If an Annual Subscriber losses the Electron™ during their session they will be charged $50.00 and will retain their Annual Subscription. Each subscription will start upon the charge for the lost electron.


If You believe You rented a defective Electron™ from Us, please return the item within the first 20 minutes of the initial rental.  Please advise Us now via contact form in web App electrontogo.app/contact  Otherwise We will assume that the defect occurred during Your rental. You agree that Your exclusive remedy for a defective rental is a substitute rental of equal or lesser value. If You return to the Supernova Station to exchange a defective Electron™ and another Electron™ is unavailable, You may contact customer service team via email at support@electrontogo.com and someone will assist You.

ETG does not guarantee the Electron™ will fully recharge Your mobile device. If an Electron™ is returned damaged, as determined by ETG at its sole discretion, We reserve the right to charge Your payment method for additional fees to fix the charger not to exceed $60.00.  ™We have reserved all rights, title, and interest in and to certain intellectual property associated with the Electron™.  You will take no action that would cause, or by inaction permit, any impairment of any right, title, and interest of Ours in the intellectual property and You will otherwise respect our legal rights.


The Electron™s are provided on an "as is," and "with all faults" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We make no representations or warranties express or implied concerning the portable charger.  ETG hereby expressly excludes all warranties and representations, express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and all such other warranties.  Your exclusive remedy for any claim related to breach of this Agreement is for, at its election, upon receipt of written notice and proof of purchase, to provide a replacement of the Electron™s at its expense. In no event will We be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, non-economic, or punitive loss, damages or expenses (including lost profits) even if advised of their possible existence. The allocations of liability provided for above represent the agreed and bargained-for understanding of the parties and Our compensation for the rental or purchase reflects these allocations.

You are liable for and shall indemnify and hold Juize Inc., and any respective affiliates and their respective directors, officers, members, partners, shareholders, employees, contractors and agents, harmless from and against all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, deficiencies, judgments, liabilities or expenses (including without limitation attorneys' fees and costs of litigation) which they or any of them suffer or incur resulting from, by reason of, arising out of or in connection with: (i) personal injury, bodily injury, including fatal injury to, or loss of or damage to the property of any person or entity (including the parties hereto) arising out of or in connection with Your negligent use of the portable charger, or (ii) any actual or prospective claim, litigation, investigation or proceeding relating to any of the foregoing, whether based on contract, tort or any other theory, whether brought by a third party or by You.


 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your mobile device has sufficient battery charge for Your needs and that all charging to your mobile device is done in accordance with Your mobile device manufacturer's suggestions on the type, frequency and duration of charging. You further acknowledge and agree that We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or other injury caused by Your mobile device or an insufficient battery charge.  The Electron™ is intended only for use in recharging compatible mobile devices as specified in Section C and is not recommended for any other use and any use other than the charging of your mobile device shall constitute a "Non-Recommended device." You agree not to attach any device to the Electron™ other than Your compatible mobile device.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of California. The parties hereby irrevocably submit in any legal proceeding relating to this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts sitting in the state of California.

By completing this transaction You agree to share Your name and phone number which may be used on an aggregate basis to analyze customer usage and to send You communications. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time or by Unsubscribing via text.
